To make Devas participate in Merits
Âkâsathâ ca bhummathâ - Devâ
nâgâ mahiddhikâ
May all being inhabiting space and earth, Devas and Nagas
of mighty power,
puññam tam anumôditvâ - ciram rakkhantu lôka-sâsanam
having shared this merit long and protect the Dispensation.
