possible only at the moment of deep `Insight' (Vipassana)
into the 3 Universal Characteristics.
The 3 Universal Characteristics are as follows :

This `Insight', again, is attainable only during
Neighbourhood-Concentration (Upacara-samadhi),
not during Attainment-concentration (Appana-samadhi)
